CPGIC India was established in 2025 under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Registration No. 02/2025). It is registered with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (ID: UP/0043104), Government of India, as well as the NITI Aayog (Unique ID: UP/2025/0571030). Since then, it has quickly grown to include about 21 Indian states and two Union Territories.
