Elvish Yadav was born on 14 September 1997 in Wazirabad, Gurgaon, Haryana, to Ram Avtar Yadav and Sushma Yadav. He studied at Amity International School, Gurgaon, and later completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Hansraj College, Delhi University.

== Career ==
Elvish Yadav started his YouTube journey on 29 April 2016 after being inspired by creators Ashish Chanchlani and Amit Bhadana. His first channel, originally named ''The Social Factory'', was later renamed to ''Elvish Yadav''.

He gained popularity for his comedy sketches, short films, and relatable content, and as of 2024, his main YouTube channel has over 15.5 million subscribers and 1.5 billion total views.

In November 2019, he launched his second channel ''Elvish Yadav Vlogs'', where he shares daily vlogs, lifestyle videos, and movie critiques. In 2023, he started ''Elvish Yadav Gaming'' for gaming content.

He entered ''Bigg Boss OTT 2'' (2023) as a wildcard contestant and emerged as the winner, becoming the first wildcard contestant in history to win the show.
