== Career ==
Geeta Kapur started out by joining the dance troupe of Bollywood choreographer [[Farah Khan]] when she was just 17. She supported Farah Khan on a number of Bollywood films , among them ''Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'', ''Dil To Pagal Hai'', ''Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham'', ''Mohabbatein'', ''Kal Ho Naa Ho'', ''Main Hoon Na'', and ''Om Shanti Om''.

Later on she worked as a choreographer in films such as ''Fiza'' (2000), ''Asoka'' (2001), ''Saathiya'' (2002), ''Heyy Babyy'' (2007), ''Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic'' (2008), ''Aladin'' (2009), ''Tees Maar Khan'' (2010), and ''Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya'' (2012).

Kapur first appeared on television as a judge on ''Dance India Dance'' in 2009 , alongside [[Terrence Lewis]] and Remo D'Souza. She then got lots of attention for training the contestants while operating under the team tag '''“Geeta Ki Gang”'''.

After that she judged a range of dance reality programs, including ''DID Li'l Masters'', ''Dance Ke Superkids'', ''Super Dancer'', and ''India's Best Dancer''.
