== Plot ==
The story picks up after the events of ''Hera Pheri'' (2000). Raju, Shyam, and Baburao are now rich but inexperienced with money. Greedy for more wealth, they invest in a dubious scheme run by Anuradha (Bipasha Basu). However, the scheme turns out to be a scam, leaving them in debt to a ruthless gangster, Tiwari.
