Shiny Doshi was born on 15 September 1989 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Her schooling was done at Ahmedabad, and then she completed a course in fashion designing. Before entering the field of acting, Shiny was a professional model and has done many ads.

In 2017, Shiny Doshi decided to be a part of the reality show ''Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8''. From 2021 to 2023, Doshi portrayed the character of Dhara Pandya in the popular family-based television show ''Pandya Store'' on Hulu and Star Plus, which gained her huge appreciation.
