Arslan Goni is an Indian actor and model, he mostly works in Hindi movies and online web series. People usually know him for his work in Jia Aur Jia, Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu, Tanaav, and The Legacy of the Raisingghs: Kull, though of course the details sometimes feel a bit blurry in the public mind.[1][2] He also got extra spotlight because of his relationship with interior designer Sussanne Khan. In 2026, he showed up as a contestant on Amazon Prime Video’s reality show The Alliance , and yes it’s hosted by Kunal Kemmu.

Early Life & Education

Arslan Goni was born on 19 December 1986 in Bhaderwah, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He comes from a family that has, a legal sort of background. His father, Aslam Goni, sometimes also mentioned as Amjad Goni, was a criminal lawyer and politician, and his mother is Rabia Goni. He is the elder brother of television actor Aly Goni, so technically the acting genes were already kind of there.

For school, he studied at The Lawrence School, Sanawar, then he moved to Mumbai to chase a law degree. In those college years, he kind of developed a taste for acting and stage theatre, bit by bit. Later on, he got proper professional acting training at Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares institute.

Career

After finishing his education, Arslan started out working as an assistant director, before shifting into modelling. He walked the ramp for several fashion designers, and he also landed in advertisements, here and there.

His acting breakthrough, or debut if we put it plainly, came with the short film Mystery Man in 2016. Then in 2017, he made his Bollywood entry with Jia Aur Jia, where he shared the screen with Kalki Koechlin and Richa Chadha, and that was pretty noticeable.

After that, he moved into web series, first Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu in 2021, which was produced by Ekta Kapoor, and then SonyLIV’s Tanaav in 2022, the Indian version of the Israeli series Fauda. And finally, in 2025, he appeared in The Legacy of the Raisingghs: Kull.

In 2026, Arslan sort of expanded his television career, by jumping into Amazon Prime Video’s reality competition The Alliance , which was hosted by Kunal Kemmu.[3][4]
