2. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit submission of content that:

• Violates Any Law – including but not limited to:

• Defamatory statements (IPC Sections 499–500)

• Obscene material (IPC Sections 292–294)

• Hate speech or content promoting violence (IPC Sections 153A, 295A)

• Fake news or knowingly false information

• Infringes Intellectual Property – including:

• Copying from copyrighted works without permission (Copyright Act, 1957)

• Using images, videos, or text without proper rights or attribution

• Invades Privacy – publishing personal details without consent, in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and the IT Rules, 2011

• Contains Plagiarism – all submissions must be original or properly cited

3. Contributor Responsibilities

Ensure that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and lawful

• Obtain written consent from living individuals before submitting sensitive or personal details about them

• Provide source references where applicable

• Take responsibility for any claims or consequences arising from submitted content

4. Editorial Rights

Knowlepedia reserves the right to:

• Review, edit, or fact-check submitted content for accuracy and compliance

• Reject or remove content at any time without prior notice if it violates this policy or applicable laws

• Make corrections or updates to maintain the accuracy of published material

5. Copyright and Licensing

• By submitting content, you grant Knowlepedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, and store the material in any format

• You retain the copyright of your work, subject to the granted license above

• You confirm that the submitted work does not infringe on any third-party rights

6. User Conduct

While engaging with our platform (including comments, feedback, and discussions), you agree not to:
