Krishan Kumar Shastri was born on 15 August 1992 in Behravati village, Dholpur district, Rajasthan. He had a strong interest in spirituality and Sanskrit texts from a young age. He persevered in his studies in spite of the physical obstacles posed by polio. He earned his "M.A. in Sanskrit" from Ranglakshmi Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Vrindavan, and then went on to earn his "M.Phil in Astrology" from Banaras Hindu University (BHU).
