Love Gill was born in 1996 in Tarn Taran Sahib, Amritsar, Punjab, India. She developed an interest in acting from a young age and later pursued a career in the Punjabi entertainment industry.

She completed her graduation from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She subsequently began working as a model and appeared in Punjabi music videos before moving into television and films.
