Piyush Bhupendra Bhatia developed this steady interest in communication leadership, and personal development from an early stage in his career. After completing his education, he moved into the corporate sector and worked in investment banking and equity research, with organizations such as DSP Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, and ICICI Securities.

After spending over 16 years in the corporate world, Piyush Bhatia founded BM English Speaking Institute Pvt. Ltd. on 4 February 2004 in Kandivali, Mumbai . Apart from running the institute, Bhatia is a corporate trainer, business coach too. He has conducted training programs for organizations like Tata Teleservices, Bayer, Bluestar, Sodexo, Sandoz, DNA, and Faculty of Management Studies.
