Subham Kumar Burman was born on 1st November 2000 in Bokaro, Jharkhand, India. He has his grandfather, who was a previous Indian Army official, working as an employee of Bokaro Steel Plant. Burman together with his family moved to Ranchi in 2007.
He attended the schools of Shishu Mandir and St. Aloysius High School and then went on to attend Marwari College where he pursued his higher secondary studies. He graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science & Government from Ranchi University.
