Subhash Verma was born on 17 September 1992 in Jajanwala village, Jind district, Haryana, India. He completed his Bachelor of Science (Non-Medical) from Government College, Hisar. He earned a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Delhi in 2015 and later completed an M.Sc. in Physics and Electronics from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, in 2018.

In 2019, he obtained a Diploma in Radiological Physics from Homi Bhabha National Institute, BARC, Mumbai. In 2020, he worked as a Resident Medical Physicist at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra.
