Abu Talib Khan was born on 6 May 2003 in Gram Panchayat Jhartera, Unnao district, Uttar Pradesh. He continued his studies at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, where he earned his Post-Graduation in Sociology and Graduation in Political Science.
