Param Sundari is an upcoming Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films.[1]It stars Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles.

The film was first scheduled to release on 25 July 2025, but its release date was later moved to 29 August 2025.[2]
Plot
Param Sundari follows the journey of a young woman celebrated for her extraordinary beauty and grace, whose life takes an unexpected turn when she decides to challenge the norms of society. While everyone around her views her only through the lens of admiration and desire, she dreams of carving her own identity beyond appearances.
The story traces her struggles against traditional expectations, her encounters with love, jealousy, and betrayal, and the courage it takes to redefine what it means to be truly "sundar" (beautiful). As her path intertwines with characters who either support or exploit her, she learns that inner strength, resilience, and compassion are far more powerful than outward charm.
The film culminates in her transformation from an object of admiration into a symbol of empowerment, where she inspires others to embrace individuality and dignity above societal labels.

Production
The film was first reported to be in development in November 2024.[3]It was officially announced on 24 December 2024 by Maddock Films. The title of the film was inspired by the famous song of the same name by A. R. Rahman from Mimi, which was also produced by Maddock Films.
Filming
The Kerala schedule of the film began on 19 January 2025 and was completed on 18 February 2025.[4]
