Jolly LLB 3 is an upcoming Indian Hindi black comedy legal drama, written and directed by Subhash Kapoor. It is the third film in the Jolly LLB series and a sequel to Jolly LLB 2. The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, and Saurabh Shukla, along with Amrita Rao, Huma Qureshi, and Annu Kapoor. It is scheduled to release on 19 September 2025.

Plot

In Jolly LLB 3, Jagdish Tyagi and Jagdishwar Mishra, the two Jollys, square off in a courtroom drama concerning social injustice. A poor Parsaul farmer named Rajaram Solanki commits suicide at the beginning of the story after losing his land to dishonest officials and a builder named Haribhai Khaitan who is pushing a large project called "Bikaner to Boston."

While Mishra fights for the builder to make money, Tyagi initially backs the farmer. However, Mishra quickly learns the truth about power abuse, corruption, and phony witnesses. He changes sides after realizing the injustice.

Following their ego and rivalry clashes, the two Jollys unite. They reveal Khaitan's deception in court with the assistance of the victims and their families. As the movie comes to a close, the truth is revealed, the farmer's family receives justice, and both Jollys stand for what is right—not just winning a case.

Production

Development

Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Annu Kapoor, Amrita Rao, and Huma Qureshi all return in their roles from the previous two films. The movie also marks Amrita Rao’s comeback after six years.

Filming

Shooting started on 2 May 2024. Most of the filming was done in Ajmer, Rajasthan, and wrapped up in May 2024.

Release

The film is scheduled to release on 19 September 2025.

Marketing

The teaser was released on 12 August 2025, featuring a funny courtroom showdown between the two Jollys.

Sequel

After the success of Jolly LLB (2013) and Jolly LLB 2 (2017), the makers confirmed a third film in the series, titled Jolly LLB 3. Both Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi will return as the two Jollys, while Saurabh Shukla will reprise his role as Justice Sunder Lal Tripathi. Amrita Rao and Huma Qureshi will also return in their respective roles from the first two films.
