Abdu Rozik
Early Life & Education
Abdu Rozik was born on 23 September 2003 in Panjakent, Tajikistan. He was diagnosed with dwarfism, a growth hormone deficiency that went untreated due to his family’s financial constraints, resulting in stunted growth. Coming from a poor background, Rozik had limited access to formal education and often sang in local markets to support his family. He also owned a pet cat named Renzo, which he described as a source of comfort during his childhood.
Career
In 2019, Rozik came under the mentorship of Tajikistani rapper-blogger **Baron (Behruz)**, who supported him financially and convinced his father to allow him to pursue music. Rozik later moved to Dubai, where he began his professional singing career.
He gained popularity with Tajik songs like Ohi Dili Zor, Chaki Chaki Boron and Modar. In 2021, his video covering Arijit Singh’s Hindi song Enna Sona went viral.
Rozik performed at the **22nd IIFA Awards (2022)** in Abu Dhabi, where he dedicated his performance of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga to Salman Khan. In the same year, he also challenged Russian media personality Hasbulla Magomedov to an MMA fight, though it was rejected by the Russian Dwarf Athletic Association (RDAA) as unethical.
He entered Indian television through the reality show Bigg Boss 16 (2022), later acted in Salman Khan’s film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (2023), joined Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 (2023) as a guest, and in 2024 became part of Colors TV’s celebrity cooking-comedy show Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment 2.
