Sourav Bose was born in 1980 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He is the son of Prabir Kumar Bose, a deputy manager at Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE), and Gita Bose. Sourav finished his early education in Kolkata and was raised in a middle-class family that valued hard work and discipline.

After earning a "Bachelor's degree in Commerce" from "Calcutta University," he went on to earn a "Bachelor's in Hospitality Management" from IHRM Kolkata (2003). Later, in 2004, he obtained a "MBA in Micro Business Studies," which gave him the ability to manage and start his own business.

Personal Life

Sourav married Priyanka Bose in 2007 in Kolkata. The couple has two daughters – Samriddhi Bose (born 2008) and Prasiddhi Bose (born 2017). The family resides in Kolkata and remains deeply connected to the city’s cultural and entrepreneurial spirit.

Career

Sourav started his career with "Shoppers Stop" before pursuing entrepreneurship. Later, he moved into the entertainment and leisure industry, working as a Center Manager for "Timezone India" in 2006. He developed into a significant operations leader over time, helping the brand grow and achieve operational excellence throughout India up until 2014.
