Early Life & Education

Yukti Rathi completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Criminology. She had a strong interest in women's safety, justice, and educating the public about the law from a young age.

Career

Yukti Rathi has worked in the legal industry for more than seven years. She has worked in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and every District Court in Delhi.

She handles cases involving property disputes, recovery suits, matrimonial issues, check dishonour cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and contractual disputes. She practices both civil and criminal law. She prepares arbitration agreements, drafts legal documents, counsels clients, and provides pre-litigation advisory services as part of her professional work. She has also worked on public interest litigations (PILs), bail applications, and petitions to quashing FIRs. Along with practicing law, she has contributed to conversations on national news sites such as CNN News18 and Republic Bharat, offering her perspectives on social and legal matters.

The Supreme Rights

Yukti Rathi established "The Supreme Rights (TSR)," a legal media platform devoted to making law more understandable for the general public, as part of her effort to raise legal awareness. The website offers blogs, expert interviews, legal updates, and analysis of significant rulings.

Under her direction, TSR has grown to be one of the most popular legal platforms in India among young advocates and students. Additionally, it provides mentorship and internship opportunities to law students across the country.

Mentorship

Yukti has mentored hundreds of law students through training programs and internships, focusing on practical exposure such as case research, legal drafting, and court observation. Senior advocates, judges, and legal scholars have participated in national-level contests, debates, webinars, and legal awareness campaigns that she has organized.

In collaboration with police departments, other organizations, and Delhi University's Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), she also leads "Self-Defence Training Programs" for women.

In order to promote voter literacy and good governance, Yukti has actively engaged in government outreach initiatives and worked on election awareness campaigns in Delhi, Rajasthan, and Haryana (2024).
