Early Life & Education
Dipesh Gome was born on 7 september 1998 in Indore, India. His school education was completed at Mahvir Bal Mandir, where he developed a good background in education and skills of leadership. Then, he completed his BBA in Management and Marketing from Altius Institute of University Studies during 2016-2017 and from Renaissance College of Commerce and Management in Indore during 2016-2019.
He has further enhanced his education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Planning & Services from the Prestige Institute of Management & Research in the period from 2019-2021.
He completed a Digital Marketing Specialization course from Coursera (Mar 2019 - Sep 2021, Grade: A+), with the course being the official course of Meta on Facebook Ads, lead generation, and campaign strategies and analytics of the audiences on Facebook. In addition to the previous achievement, the candidate has completed the course Finishing School from Incisive Training (2018 - 2019, Grade: A+), which covered public speaking and handling of the clients.

Dipesh Gome serve as a co-founder and director of RPM Group India, and he manages his business with an involvement in four ventures – RPM Advertise, The Virgin Blogs, RPM Blogs, and RPM Grba Dress. Dipesh began his entrepreneurial journey alone after completing his education, with no investment, and was able to build it up as a corporate group with 8 core team members and more than 50 associates.
As a result of his leadership and management, RPM Group India functions in various cities in the Republic of India, in addition to other countries such as Canada, the USA, and Dubai, among others. In the past one decade, the business organization has managed to handle over 2,000 national and international clients in various sectors such as FMGC, hospitals, hotels, and other retail outlet organizations.
