K.M. Amish
K.M. Amish is an Indian political activist, writer, and researcher . He has been recognized for his work in nanochemistry, science education, and Multidimensionalism. Amish founded the Bahu-Ayami Party (BAP) and Multidimensional Educational Technical & Research Society, as the president, for whose cause he has been actively working for reforms in education, research, and corruption in India.

Early Life & Education
K.M. Amish was born on 30 May 1991 in a farmer’s family in Usri-Piperjhala village, Lakhimpur Kheri district of Uttar Pradesh. His early schooling was completed in government schools in nearby Piperjhala. He has completed B.Sc. Physics & Chemistry from Y.D.P.G. College, Lakhimpur Kheri. He pursued his M.Sc. in Chemistry from Kisan Mahavidyalaya, Bahraich, where he topped in Physical Chemistry. Afterward, he achieved his M.Phil. in Nano Chemistry from the CSJMU Campus. His thesis work focused on the synthesis, characterization, and utilization of nanoparticles.
Career
Amish has been actively working in both nanotechnology and interdisciplinary science. He has published his research work in reputed institutions such as CDRI Lucknow and IIT Kanpur, and his research articles have been published in journals such as Science Reporter, Vigyan Pragati, and Dream 2047.
He is also the author of a number of books on chemistry, nanoscience, and other subjects such as NEET. He also supports a number of initiatives for educational purposes.
Political Career
K. M. Amish developed an interest in matters of public significance after being exposed to problems and challenges pertaining to corruption, government interference, and governance in different areas. His involvement in matters of public significance included the utilization of "Right to Information (RTI)" filings and community-based programs and activities related to accountability and transparency.
In 2016, Amish allied himself with the ‘’Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)’’ because they gave importance to education and changes in governance. He was associated with District Secretary, General Secretary, and Spokesperson in Lakhimpur Kheri district. During that period, he was involved in various organisational, membership, and awareness programs, as well as campaigns, and was also associated with programs related to political awareness and elections, including 2017 Delhi Assembly elections’’.
Amish quit AAP in 2020 due to differences over certain matters pertaining to organizational functioning and political ideology. After consultations with his supporters and colleagues, Amish launched Bahu-Ayami Party (BAP) on 10th February 2024 at Lakhimpur Kheri as a tribute to Savitribai Phule. The party practices Multidimensional Political Model emphasizing Education, Science, Technology, and Research for Governance.
Social Activism
Apart from politics, he has been involved in social and educational campaigns. The causes he has championed include representations to government departments for infrastructure in the education sector, rail connectivity, conservation of the environment, betterment of tribal communities, reform in the electoral process, and protection of labor rights. He has taken part in mass protests for his causes such as policies on education, social justice, women security, and price control.
He has also been associated with youth programs, educational events, activities related to ‘Nehru Yuva Kendra,’ academic events, recognition programs for teachers, and awareness programs. He is also associated with public utility projects, such as finding locations not marked in ‘Google Maps’ in rural areas.
Writing and Research
As an author and researcher, Amish has published books under various categories such as chemistry, nanoscience, competitive exams, social issues, and political philosophy. Author Amish’s published works are used by students in their preparation for NEET exams and CSIR NET/JRF exams. In addition to books and published research papers in various journals under different categories such as carbon nanotube, application of nanoparticle, and toxicological limitation of nanomaterials.
