He completed his Secondary Schooling from ZPPH High School, Kadiyadda, Tadepalligudem in 2013. And then he completed his Intermediate education at Sri Pragathi Junior College. After that he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the West Godavari Institute of Science and Technology from 2015-2019.

Raju Akurathi began his professional career in the recruitment sector after completing his engineering education, where he gained first-hand exposure to the employment challenges faced by both job seekers and employers.
