In early 2026, Zaptodoor Private Limited was officially incorporated. The company established its brand identity and developed its customer application, delivery partner application, and administrative management system. On 1 March 2026, the platform was publicly launched at Baijataal, Smart City, Gwalior, and commenced live operations.

Zaptodoor was envisioned in 2025 with the aim of digitizing neighborhood retail stores and establishing a systematic hyperlocal delivery network. During its early planning stages, the company undertook market research in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, established its business model, pricing model, and logistics workflow framework design.

In the early months of 2026, Zaptodoor Private Limited was formally incorporated. After incorporation, the company developed its brand identity and technology stack and finished the development of its customer app, delivery partner (rider) app, and administrative management dashboard.

During the pre-launch expansion stage in 2026, the company began merchant registration in Gwalior and started the process of recruitment and training of delivery partners. The company also set up its operations team, customer support system, and strategic launch partnerships with local businesses.

On 1 March 2026, Zaptodoor was formally launched at Baijataal, Smart City, Gwalior. The service was launched and went live for customers, merchants, and delivery partners, completing its first live delivery orders.

After the launch, the company has a roadmap of expansion in various cities of Madhya Pradesh. The expansion plans include the launch of medicine and instant parcel delivery, the use of a merchant growth dashboard with analytics, the implementation of a rider insurance and earning protection feature, and the launch of a multi-city operational and franchise model.

As part of the future growth plans, the company targets the addition of more than 10,000 active users in the initial phase, association with more than 1,000 local stores, engagement with more than 500 active delivery partners, and expansion into multiple states in India.
