Shree Shambav is an Indian author, philosopher, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is known for publishing more than 135+ books, primarily focused on spirituality, mindfulness, personal mastery, and inner transformation. His literary philosophy, termed Shambavism, is regarded as his central intellectual and creative contribution.[1] He has received multiple awards and holds two world records in recognition of his literary achievements.[2]
In addition to his writing career, Shree Shambav has produced thirteen music albums comprising over 100 original compositions. He holds academic qualifications from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and the National Institute of Technology (NIT). With over three decades of experience, he has been involved in international business management alongside his creative and philanthropic pursuits.
Early Life & Education
Shree Shambav was born on 1 May 1969 in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. From an early age, he demonstrated leadership qualities and a reflective temperament. In 1984, he was awarded the National President’s Scout Award and participated in the Republic Day Parade, marking an early recognition of his discipline and commitment.
His upbringing amidst nature, along with his exposure to Indian epics and spiritual teachings, contributed to the development of a contemplative outlook that later influenced his writing style. He pursued higher education at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and the National Institute of Technology (NIT), establishing a strong academic foundation that supported his subsequent professional career.

Corporate Career
Shree Shambav has built a professional career spanning over 35 years in technology consulting, architecture, and global delivery management. His work has focused on enterprise-scale innovation, governance frameworks, business architecture, digital transformation, and international client engagement. His corporate experience reflects expertise in aligning technology solutions with long-term business strategy to enable sustainable transformation across industries.
In addition to his leadership roles, he is the author of the OPTIMUM series, a technical collection covering a wide range of subjects from Python programming and data science to generative artificial intelligence.
He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Hendris Infotech Pvt. Ltd. since September 2018, where he leads enterprise transformation programs, digital strategy initiatives, governance models, AI-driven innovation, and global technology implementations.
Since 2016, he has also worked as an Independent Consultant and Strategic Advisor, advising organizations on governance structures, operational excellence, and business transformation strategies. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Executive Officer of SIBCO Pvt. Limited from 2012 to 2014. He was associated with Polaris Software Lab Ltd. between 2002 and 2011 as Practice Head, where he oversaw large-scale delivery operations and managed key business accounts.
Between 1996 and 2001, he worked with several multinational organisations, including Steel Authority of India Limited, IBM, Nationwide Insurance, Cognos, Fidelity, Yanketech, Pharmacare, Specialized Software International, and MIC, contributing to enterprise technology development and international client services.
Literary Career
Shree Shambav started his literary career with the book “Journey of Soul – Karma”. His writings cover topics such as self-discovery, conscious living, karma, manifestation, and spiritual awakening.
His writing style, known as “Shambavism”, is a combination of poetic thoughts and experiential knowledge.

Among its key initiatives are the Shree Shambav Green Movement, which focuses on environmental awareness and ecological responsibility, and Shree Shambav Vidya Vedhika (Vizhuthugal), a program dedicated to supporting students through educational resources and academic assistance.
