Ayushe Mandal is an Indian entrepreneur, career development coach, and author. She established Get Interview Confidence, which provides interview training and resume development and recruitment assistance and professional development programs. Her primary focus is to develop employability skills and prepare students and young professionals for their future careers through her training programs.
Early Life & Education
Ayushe Mandal was born on 5 November 1997 in Kolkata, West Bengal into a middle-class family. Her father, Manoj Mandal, works as a construction businessman and her mother, Sujata Mandal, operates her own business and works as a licensed aesthetic cosmetologist.
She completed her BASc in Geography from Adamas University (2017–2020) and later a grabbed her Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Geography (2020–2022). Her educational background in teaching helped her develop a methodical system for guiding others through training programs.
Career
Ayushe Mandal started her career in human resources together with recruitment work. She worked as Head of Human Resources at The Policy Times from June 2019 until May 2022 when she oversaw all recruitment activities and developed organizational procedures.
She worked as a Recruitment Executive at Wellborn Technologies during 2022 and at Make Visions Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. from 2022 until 2023 while she managed all aspects of hiring and candidate evaluation.
She also worked as Manager at Forward Eye Technologies from April 2023 until April 2024 and she managed all recruitment activities while leading team operations. She also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Karyarth during 2024.
Entrepreneurship
Mandal established Get Interview Confidence in April 2024 as a career development platform that provides job seekers with interview coaching and resume writing services and LinkedIn branding assistance and skill development programs. Under her leadership the organization has formed partnerships with colleges and corporate entities to run interview preparation workshops and soft skills training programs and internship programs and live industry projects and recruitment support activities. Her work seeks to create a connection between academic knowledge and professional job readiness by providing people with essential workplace competencies and self-assurance.
Literary Work
Ayushe Mandal is the author of The Last Goodbye, which draws its inspiration from her life experiences of dealing with family separation and building emotional strength. The work explores themes of sibling relationships which include distance between siblings and their nostalgic memories and their everlasting love for each other.
