Early Life & Education
Dr. Ebha Patel was born in Khadepur village, Uttar Pradesh, India. She grew up in a rural environment where she faced social challenges because of gender bias which existed at that time. The second girl child to be born into her family, she experienced societal pressure but dedicated herself to achieving progress for women and girls.
Dr. Patel obtained her Master of Computer Education degree from IMS Ghaziabad after achieving state rank 296. He advanced his studies to pursue a PhD program in Artificial Intelligence, which he specifically designed to help with rural development.
Career
Dr. Ebha Patel started out her career as a software developer who worked with multiple organizations including The Times of India and Zee News and ICMR and NIHFW and different government organizations. She helped develop important government digital systems which included Mother Child Tracking System and Arogya Setu and DigiLocker and UMANG and eDistrict platforms.
She participates in Sarpanch Samvaad activities which the Quality Council of India oversees and she has served as a global ambassador for WomenTech Network. Her known work includes carrying out government programs at the Panchayat level.
