Early Life & Education
Krishna Prakash was born in India. He pursued an interdisciplinary academic path that combined mathematics and management studies with traditional Indian knowledge systems. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 1995 and later earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in 1999 with emphasis on Indian śāstras. He specialized in yoga and consciousness studies by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Yoga in 2019 and earning a Master’s degree in Yoga in 2020.

Krishna Prakash has more than 20 years of professional work experience in education, coaching, and leadership development. He has created and taught MBA programs which combine Upanishadic research, Yogic psychological principles, and civilizational systems with contemporary academic frameworks such as Bloom's Taxonomy and outcome-based assessment methods.
Contributions Institutional He established the first Yoga Nidra Teacher Training school which received global recognition in 2013 and he has worked on international programs which teach coaching and leadership skills.
