Early Life & Education
Krishna Prakash was born in India. He pursued an interdisciplinary academic path that combined mathematics and management studies with traditional Indian knowledge systems. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 1995 and later earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in 1999 with emphasis on Indian śāstras. He specialized in yoga and consciousness studies by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Yoga in 2019 and earning a Master’s degree in Yoga in 2020.
Career
Krishna Prakash has dedicated more than 25 years to work in education and coaching and leadership development. He started practicing yoga together with awareness disciplines to develop himself through direct experience.
In 2011 he established Shrimath which began as a yoga ashram dedicated to research stillness and awareness and proper conduct. The organization developed through natural growth from individual training into an established institution which provides leadership and coaching and practical training in Indic knowledge systems.
