Programs and Offerings

Shrimath Yoga Nidra – ‘Shrimath Yoga Nidra’ is a 9-level practice designed with inputs from Swami Satyananda’s method and Bhagawan Ramana’s teachings with Swami Poornananda’s grace.

The 3 objectives of this practice are: relax, manifest and realise.

With a strong grounding in Yoga-Vedanta of Adi Sankara, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Shrimath Bhagawad Gita, as well as utilising the advancement and researches in neuroscience and allied fields, the sessions are designed and facilitated.

The uniqueness of our courses is the emphasis on practice as we realised that Shrimath Yoga Nidra is a Sadhana in itself.

Coachness™️: Coachness is the expression of awakening, discernment, and dharma in conversations that enable transformation.
