Malay Khan
“Malay Khan” is an Indian historian, researcher, author, editor and educator, who is sort of known for his interdisciplinary work in Indian history, cultural studies, education, religion, and literary scholarship. He tends to be recognized because of his academic publications , historical research , editorial leadership, and his contributions to public scholarship across several fields. Also he is a gold medalist from Bankura University, and he has written a bunch of academic as well as literary books. On top of that, he has published research papers in both national and international journals.
Early Life & Education
Malay Khan was born on 20 November 1998, in Bankura, West Bengal ,India. From early on, he had a real curiosity about Indian history, culture, literature and philosophy, even when things were pretty hectic around him.
Malay Khan finished his Bachelor of Arts, with Honours in History, from Bankura Sammilani College under Bankura University in 2020. He achieved a CGPA of 8.1, and received the distinction as Gold Medalist. After that , he moved to a Master of Arts in History at Jadavpur University, completing it in 2022 with a CGPA of 8.33. Later he completed his B.Ed from the University of Calcutta in 2024, which added another layer to his academic path.
In general, his academic interests are Ancient Indian History, Tribal Studies ,South Asian History ,Educational Philosophy, Religious Movements, Historiography, and Cultural Heritage Studies.
Career
Malay Khan started his professional path in education and academic research, kinda from the beginning. From April 2023 to April 2026, he worked as a Montessori Teacher’s Trainer at Prayagdas Tomar Computer Education Pvt. Ltd. After that, he served as Editor-in-Chief at WN Publications from 2023 to 2025, where he was involved in academic publishing plus editorial control, day to day and with focus. Then in 2025, he joined Star National Productions as Editor-in-Chief, officially.
Besides these editorial duties , he has written academic books and also literary works that touch Indian history, education, religion, culture, and philosophy. He has contributed research papers to national as well as international peer-reviewed journals too.
