History
IVEC started in 2013 in Assam, as a two-person chartered accountancy firm, with the aim of guiding startups and entrepreneurs to set up businesses using simpler incorporation and compliance services. In 2016, it moved further into intellectual property and legal advisory work, by setting up a dedicated intellectual property unit, and also by boosting its trademark. Then in 2018, the company rolled out a digital compliance dashboard, letting clients follow service requests, fetch documents and view compliance progress online. During the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2020, IVEC introduced remote KYC verification, digital signatures, plus electronic stamping solutions, and it also passed the 10,000 customers mark. In 2022, IVEC extended its international incorporation offerings so that Indian entrepreneurs who are expanding globally could get company registration support in the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
