Dr. Nutan Kher is an Indian holistic healer, Reiki Grandmaster and spiritual mentor with an experience of more than two decades in the field of energy healing, spirituality, transformation, and conscious living. She began her practice of healing during her schooling days and at the age of 18, she was already a Reiki Grandmaster. With the passage of time, her area of interest expanded to cover consciousness, emotions, energy, relationship and spirituality. She practiced different approaches to achieve holistic wellness, including clinical hypnosis, NLP, EFT, shamanic healing, crystal healing, pranic healing, and flower therapy. Early Life & Education

Dr. Nutan Kher was born in Meerut and studied in Delhi. Some of the key factors influencing her growing up years were music, learning and spirituality. She is the youngest among three siblings. One elder brother, Mahesh Kher, is a Senior Advocate and the other one, Kailash Kher, is the Padma Shri awardee and internationally acclaimed Indian singer. She grew up in an environment that consisted of familial ties, music, learning and spirituality. However, her own inclinations started to evolve at an early stage of life, especially when it came to her healing inclinations.

It happened at the age of her school going days when while being in Class 10th, she started learning about healing and after which she moved ahead from one level of Reiki to another. Till she was 18 years old, she became a Reiki Grand Master. While being into healing, Dr. Kher also received formal education. She has got three master's degrees in Economics, History and Yoga. Apart from that, she has also done her MPhil in History and Ph.D. in Ancient History. She gained knowledge from various fields of academic disciplines. Her studies in Economics and History made up part of her formal education while Ancient History made an academic connection with the past and conventional beliefs.

Yoga was another realm that served as a means through which she discovered how interconnected the body, mind, and spirit of human beings were. The beginning of Dr. Nutan Kher's professional career began with her early fascination with healing and Reiki. She attained the degree of Reiki Grandmaster at the young age of 18 and pursued further research into various approaches to holistic wellness and self-development. The list of her pursuits includes clinical hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), shamanism, crystal healing, pranic healing and flower therapy. She is married to Narendra Mishra who is Registrar at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai and their daughter’s name is Katyayani Mishra.
