Early life and education

Aditya Narayan Jha was born on 6 August 1987 in Mumbai, India, to renowned playback singer Udit Narayan and Deepa Narayan. He was exposed to singing and performing at a young age because he came from a musical family, and his father had a big influence on the direction of his musical career.

After completing his early schooling in Mumbai, he went on to SIES College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, where he managed to balance his studies with his developing passion for performance arts and music. Before returning to India to pursue a career in singing, acting, and television hosting, Aditya further refined his musical abilities in 2006 by earning a diploma in English contemporary music from Tech Music Schools in London.
