Shanaya Kapoor
Shanaya Kapoor is an Indian actress and model who works primarily in Hindi cinema. She started her career as an assistant director on the movie Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020) and is a member of the well-known Kapoor film family. She became well-known after appearing in the Netflix reality series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. In 2025, she will make her Bollywood acting debut opposite Vikrant Massey in Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyaan. In addition, she will appear in the Telugu movie Vrushabh with Mohanlal, the comedy Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 (2025)[1] with Kapil Sharma, and Karan Johar's Bedhadak, which will be her debut in mainstream commercial cinema.[2]

Early Life & Education
Shanaya Kapoor was born on 3 November 1999 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is a member of the renowned Kapoor film dynasty. Her mother, Maheep Kapoor, is a fashion entrepreneur, and her father, Sanjay Kapoor, is an actor and producer in Bollywood.
She attended Mumbai's Ecole Mondiale World School before continuing her education overseas. Shanaya is well-known for her love of animals and travel, and she showed an early interest in acting, fashion, and film.
Career
Shanaya began her professional journey in 2019, gaining early attention after participating in Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris.
Her cousin Janhvi Kapoor starred in the Hindi biographical film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which she assisted with in 2020.
In the Netflix reality series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives (2021), she made her on-screen debut with a brief cameo. She also walked the ramp for prominent designers, such as Manish Malhotra, during this time.
In 2025, Shanaya will make her Bollywood film debut opposite Vikrant Massey in Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyaan. Bedhadak, a Dharma Productions movie helmed by Shashank Khaitan, will come next.
