Medha Rana was born in Gurugram, Haryana, and grew up in an Army family. She studied at Army Public School and later completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from Christ University, Bengaluru.
Career
Medha was scouted as a model at the age of 13 by fashion stylist and choreographer Prasad Bidapa. She began her modeling career early and has regularly walked the ramp at Lakmé Fashion Week since the age of 16. She has worked with leading Indian designers including Manish Malhotra, Anita Dongre, and Payal Singhal.
She made her acting breakthrough with the web series London Files (2022). She later appeared in Dancing on the Grave (2023) and gained wider popularity with her role as Natasha Sabharwal in the film Friday Night Plan (2023). In 2024, she starred in the romantic mini-series Ishq in the Air.
Medha is set to make her Bollywood debut in Border 2 (2026), directed by Anurag Singh, where she stars opposite Varun Dhawan. The film also features Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty.
