Dr. Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa was born in B.J. Puram village, Jiyyammavalasa Mandal, Manyam district, Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his schooling at Janahita Public School, Parvathipuram, and later pursued intermediate education at Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Visakhapatnam.
He attained high academic performance through his JEE Mains Paper 1 and Paper 2 examinations which awarded him 99% and 98% scores. His postgraduate educational credentials include MIA, MA, and D.Ed degrees. He experienced major personal struggles when his mother Late Venkata Ramani passed away from a heart stroke in 2017 and his father Late Venkata Ramana Murthy died in a road accident in 2025.
Career
Dr. Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa started his work life in 2017 and he gained experience in education technology and sales and financial services and aviation. His first professional experience involved teaching at educational institutions before he became a Tableau developer for the technology field and worked in sales and operations at EdTech companies.
He also began financial services and recovery departments before he became a communication manager for the aviation sector. His various experiences taught him about entrepreneurship and employment systems and the obstacles faced by different industries.
He started R&D Ideal Bridge Pvt Ltd in 2025 as a platform which connects entrepreneurs with investors through its structured project ecosystem. Entrepreneurs use the platform to showcase their new startup concepts while investors search for trustworthy business opportunities.
