Dr. Arcot Bhargavi was born on 26 October 1998 in Qutubullapur, Rangareddi district, Andhra Pradesh. Her father’s name is Arcot Nageswara Rao, who is managing finance self employment, and her mother, Arcot Saraswathi, is a private Hindi teacher. Her brother, Arcot Kalyan, is an entrepreneur running his own business.
She finished SSC from TVR Model High School, IDA Jeedimetla in 2013. She finished Intermediate from Sri Gayatri Junior College, Chintal in 2015. She finished Graduation from Jagruthi Women’s Degree College, Boduppal in 2019 and later finished Post Graduation from St. Xavier’s in 2023.
Career
Dr. Arcot Bhargavi started her professional career in the areas of domestic recruitment, manufacturing industry HR operations, and US staffing services. With her background in talent acquisition, workforce management, and HR leadership, she has proven herself to be a competent HR professional.
She collaborated with Devi Santosh Kumar karakavalasa and then taken charge as Managing Director position. She is currently serving as Managing Director cum HR Operations at R&D Ideal Bridge Pvt. Ltd.
