The company concentrates its efforts mainly on the following four areas namely, education resources, education services, career consultancy, and skills development. Their clients can benefit in various ways through a combination of the following like psychometric assessment of persona, skills or occupational health; counselling on matters related education, career or life; training & development of technical, non-technical or soft skills as well as allied educational services like surveys, research, documentation or dossier creation. So far, the company has successfully served more than 5000+ candidates from various technical and non-technical background through career counselling and skills training workshops organized in private schools or education institutions. The company works with both individual clients as well as small groups of diverse age groups spanning from 8+ years – 40+ years. The company offers both online education services through its mobile application as well as offers offline workshops remotely at client’s locations. The company serves to fulfil the basic counselling objectives of providing clarity, focus, direction & mind-set to students or working professionals on various matters related to current & futuristic trends for industry job-roles, higher education and professional skills aptitude. History

In 2013, the initial idea of starting this consultancy company began with a quest to assist pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences & allied industrial organizations with technical consultations in the form of product testing, formulation development, technology, engineering or manufacturing reviews for commercialisation of their products as well as assist companies in their R&D programs. In 2015, the company also started focussing on providing skills training workshops for capacity-building of graduates & professionals seeking employment in these industry sectors. In 2017, VMG Academy and Consultants made another major shift into vocational training & student counselling programs to prepare students mentally, physically & professionally for dealing with dilemmas related to job, career, employability skills, higher education, personality & occupational health. The whole purpose of starting student counselling programs was enabling a transformation process in thought & behaviour among candidates seeking employment in these industrial domains to identify the specific job-roles they wanted to pursue and develop employability skills specifically related to those job-roles as a path towards their career development. The proprietor, Er. Mandeep Singh authored his first commercial publication “Fundamental Skills in Scientific Communication” in May 2015, which is a training cum reference manual aimed for development of scientific skills & aptitude among candidates. Later, he also authored “Textbook on English Grammar and Communication” in January 2025 and “Mind Maps on STEM Career Routes” in December 2025 both aimed for developing vocational and career-related skills among students. In 2023, the company also launched an android learning application “Scientific Communication App” upgrading their technical capacity in the education domain aligned with ed-tech industry trends to en-capacitate candidates using technology-aided learning tools & techniques hence, adopting both online coaching methodology along with traditional offline coaching methods. • Educational Publications: This segment is aligned to their mission of catering cost-effective and quality education to young students who are at an early stage of their career but struggling with academic or career skills development because of either lack of sufficient knowledge or high cost of learning. Knowledge is definitively empowering, which helps in developing aptitude and skills among individuals. A book is traditionally considered as a good medium for imparting knowledge that helps with personal growth. Educational books by VMG Academy & Consultants serve as a great learning resource that address conceptual skills for academic learning, language oriented skills, cognitive skills, skills for effective communication in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, medicine (STEM subjects), life skills, career-oriented skills, psychological, teaching, coaching and counselling skills. The philosophy of their publications focus mainly on vocabulary, language improvement, mind-maps and practice workbooks that aid improvement of cognitive learning behaviour among students by inculcating a rational thought process and scientific approach towards learning & practice. Most of their books are published under their own brand name “Vocabulary Mindset Gyan (VMG) Academy and Consultants”.

• Education Services: This segment of education services is aligned to VMG’s mission of engaging in knowledge transfer programs for strengthening institutional research capacity in India that fosters professional relationships among various stakeholders. An underlying objective is also to inspire young children to pursue STEM subjects as their preferred choice in high school or at a university level. The company provides various educational services like contract research, product reviews, medical transcription, scientific translation, technical document or dossier creation, editorial content for magazines, psychometric assessment, academic skills assessment and occupational health assessment to human resource agencies, schools, universities, private business organizations, and government or non-government organizations.

• Career Consultancy: This segment is also aligned to the company’s mission of extending professional help to students who are struggling with career planning or career transition. The company offers vocational guidance workshops & knowledge empowerment seminars focused on academic education, job, career, skills, mental health, psychological and physical wellbeing to various groups. The objective is to aid students or professionals with clarity, focus, direction & mind set related to current as well as futuristic trends on education, industry, job-roles, skills aptitude, occupational health and wellbeing. The company also professional career services to students like CV preparation, portfolio building, personality typing, mock interviews, job planning and career goal-settings.

• Skills Development: This service segment of VMG Academy is aligned to company’s mission of developing capacity-building programs that focus on providing academic or employment skills training to young graduates. Leadership

VMG Academy and Consultants was founded in May 2017, under the visionary leadership of Er. Mandeep Singh, who is also the proprietor of this company. Er. Mandeep has academic background in MSc. Biochemical Engineering from University College London (UCL), UK and has undergone major internship training at UCL’s Advanced Centre of Biochemical Engineering (ACBE Labs, UCL, UK) in 2007 for a pilot scale project on fragment antibody (FAB) extraction & purification. Prior to this, in 2006, he completed his internship in a private pharmaceutical manufacturing unit Franklin Remedies Pvt. Ltd., India producing medicinal formulations on a commercial scale while he was pursuing his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (B.E. Chem) from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVP), Pune, India. He has always been a distinction holder throughout his academic life & has more than 15+ years of professional experience in the education industry. He has experience of working as an academic researcher, laboratory technician, customer executive, transcriptionist, translator, content writer, editor, developer, web-blogger, trainer, consultant and mentor demonstrating exceptional skills in these job roles prior to becoming an academic author & ed-tech entrepreneur. As a founder, he is working on a mission mode to make educational skills affordable & cost-effective whilst create windows of business opportunities for professional services and entrepreneurship in the education landscape.
