Prof. Dr. Govind Prasad Pandey popularly known by his literary pen name Dr. Govind Pandey "Prem", is an Indian educationist , veterinary pharmacologist , toxicologist , academic administrator, advocate , Hindi litterateur, poet, lyricist, writer, and social worker. His professional career spans more than four decades, and he has been involved in senior academic, administrative, and research roles, such as serving as the Registrar of Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University (NDVSU) Jabalpur, and also as Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at multiple veterinary institutions across India.
