Nehaa Goyal is a transformation advisor, holistic healer, and trauma-informed empowerment coach from India.[1] She moved into the field of spiritual healing and empowerment after working in the corporate world for more than 15 years, including in the media and luxury hospitality industries.[2] In order to assist people in releasing emotional blocks, resolving karmic patterns, and stepping into their true selves, she now combines a variety of modalities, including EFT, Inner Child Work, Family System Therapy, Ancestral Karma Resolution, Numerology, DNA Astrology, and Tarot.[3] Her work exhibits a special harmony between strategy and soul, professionalism and compassion.
Early Life & Education
Nehaa Goyal was born on 18 February 1981 in Delhi, India. She had excellent interpersonal and communication skills from a young age because she grew up in the busy capital city.
Nehaa studied subjects that prepared her for a career in luxury hospitality, media, and corporate leadership during her time in college. Her early professional years demonstrate a strong foundation in relationship-building, communication, branding, and marketing strategies, despite the lack of formal academic documentation.[4]
She later transitioned into holistic and trauma-informed empowerment coaching because of her curiosity about human behavior, cultural quirks, and emotional patterns, which she developed while working in the media and high-end hospitality industries.
Career
Nehaa Goyal started her career selling upscale hotels, where she had close relationships with diplomats and dignitaries from around the world. She was able to establish a solid foundation in communication, relationship-building, and cultural awareness thanks to this role.
Later, she moved into the media sector, working for well-known companies like Hindustan Times. She became an expert in branding, marketing, and strategic alliances during her time working in media sales. Her abilities to think analytically, produce results under pressure, and inspire confidence in clients were further honed in the fast-paced corporate setting.
Nehaa made the decision to pursue her inner calling and move into Trauma-Informed Empowerment Coaching after working in the corporate world for more than 15 years.[5] Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Inner Child Work, Family System Therapy, Ancestral Karma Resolution, Numerology & DNA Astrology, and Tarot Reading are just a few of the holistic modalities she incorporates into her work.[6]
Her coaching, which employs a multidisciplinary approach, aims to empower people to be in harmony with their true selves, release intergenerational patterns, and dissolve karmic emotional charges.[7]
