Drishyam: The Conclusion is a 2026 Indian Hindi-language crime thriller film co-written, produced and directed by Abhishek Pathak. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Jaideep Ahlawat, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor and Prakash Raj. It is a sequel to Drishyam 2 (2022) and features an original story. The film was released in theatres on 2 October 2026.
Plot
Six months after the case against the Salgaonkar family was closed, Meera Deshmukh remains convinced that Vijay was involved in her son Sameer's death. Her husband Mahesh asks SP Rajveer Singh Tomar to reopen the investigation.
Tomar discovers evidence suggesting that Vijay may have replaced Sameer's skeleton with the remains of another person. The investigation leads to Christopher Pinto's skeleton and several witnesses connected to the case.
As the investigation continues, Vijay's family becomes increasingly worried. In court, conflicting evidence creates reasonable doubt about Vijay's involvement. The court eventually acquits the Salgaonkar family and closes the case.
Later, Tomar and the others reconstruct Vijay's plan. They discover that Vijay had created a false alibi using prerecorded sounds and other methods. He had also used a detailed replica of a human skeleton to complete his plan. Despite understanding his deception, the authorities are unable to find enough evidence to prove it in court.
