Nehaa Goyal was born on 18 February 1981 in Delhi, India. She had excellent interpersonal and communication skills from a young age, shaped by growing up in the vibrant and diverse environment of the capital city.
During her college years, Nehaa pursued hotel management, which helped her strengthen her interpersonal skills, management abilities, and understanding of hospitality practices. This academic grounding, combined with her natural communication strengths, prepared her for a career in luxury hospitality, media, and corporate leadership. Her early professional experience reflects a strong foundation in relationship-building, communication, branding, and marketing strategies.
Her curiosity about human behavior, cultural nuances, and emotional patterns—honed during her time in media and high-end hospitality—eventually led her to transition into trauma-informed empowerment coaching. Nehaa Goyal started her career selling upscale hotels, where she has worked with diplomats and dignitaries from around the world. She was able to establish a solid foundation in communication, relationship-building, and cultural awareness thanks to this role.
Later, she moved into the media sector, working for well-known companies like Hindustan Times. She became an expert in branding, marketing, and strategic alliances during her time working in media sales. Her abilities to think analytically, produce results under pressure, and inspire confidence in clients were further honed in the fast-paced corporate setting.
