Rasheed Ahmed was born on 20 May 1990 in Rampur Khurd, Rampur, District Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Rasheed's upbringing was significantly impacted by his father, Haji Akbar, who is revered for his moral principles and social contributions. He attended Doon Global School in Jhajra, Dehradun, for his elementary education, and Shri Bansatti Devi Inter College in Kaneri, Ghazipur, for his intermediate education. He later graduated from JB Institute of Technology, Chhota Rampur Shankarpur Hukumatpur, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
