Dr. Sanjay Kr. Kushwaha is an oral and dental surgeon who possesses extensive industry experience through his work in enhancing dental healthcare delivery systems. He ran a major robotic AI dental check-up initiative which tested more than 1 lakh school students in Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand through Ayushman Dental Clinic with assistance from Dr. KDMR Foundation (NGO).
He works as a mnemonics trainer and author while also practicing medicine. The book Creative Memory Dictionary (CMD) enables students to develop skills in vocabulary acquisition and memory retention and concentration and creative thinking.
The CMD Dictionary received selection for all government school libraries in Simdega district Jharkhand in 2025. His team works to implement the book in governmental educational institutions throughout various Indian states.
