Amrapali Dubey is an Indian actress who predominantly stars in Bhojpuri movies and Hindi TV serials. She is considered one of the finest and highest-paid actresses in Bhojpuri films industry.[1][2] She has acted in many commercially successful Bhojpuri films such as "Nirahua Hindustani", "Patna Se Pakistan", "Nirahua Hindustani 2", "Border", "Nirahua Hindustani 3", "Nirahua Chalal London", "Sher Singh", "Aashiqui" and "Doli Saja Ke Rakhna".
Amrapali Dubey began her career as an actress in Hindi television in 2009 with "Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar".[3] Later she was recognized for her roles in the TV series like "Maayka", "Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein" and "Mera Naam Karegi Roshan". Early Life & Education
Amrapali Dubey was born on 11 January 1987 in Gorakhpur District, Uttar Pradesh, India. Later she shifted to Mumbai along with her grandfather. In Mumbai, Amrapali Dubey completed her education. She studied in Bhavan’s College of Mumbai.[7]
Dubey from her young age became very interested in acting and performance arts. She began her professional career with acting in Hindi television shows and later entered in Bhojpuri film industry after completing her education.
Career
Amrapali Dubey began her career in the acting world from Hindi Television in 2009. She made her acting debut in the Hindi Television series Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar. She played the character of Shweta Singh in the Television Series. Later she appeared in the series Maayka playing the character of Tina.
Dubey became known for her acting in the Television Series Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein as Suman Pratapsingh.[8] Also she portrayed the character of Reet Singh in Mera Naam Karegi Roshan. Her television work helped her gain experience and recognition before she entered the Bhojpuri film industry.[9]
In 2014, Dubey made her Bhojpuri film debut in Nirahua Hindustani in the role of Sona Chopra. The film was an important milestone in her acting career and helped cement her reputation as a rising star in Bhojpuri films.
