Delbar Arya , is an Indian actress and model who mostly works in the Punjabi film scene. She’s pretty well known for her work in Punjabi movies and music videos like Downtown, PR, Tu Hovein Main Hovan, Mansooba , and Kaabil. She comes from an artistic family, so acting natural to her early on, and later she trained professionally, before moving to India just to chase her dream properly. Delbar Arya was born in Germany into an artistic family. Her father is a veteran Iranian actor , with more than five decades of experience, while her mother is a singer. Because of that creative environment at home, she developed a quiet attraction for acting while she was still very young, and she joined theatre productions in Germany from the age of 13 .
Later, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and received professional acting training at Actor Prepares in Mumbai. Delbar is also trained in Bharatanatyam, and she speaks English, German, and Farsi fluently. Her curiosity about Punjabi culture , eventually pushed her to set up a career in the Punjabi film industry.
Career
Delbar Arya started out as a model , and then entered the entertainment world via Punjabi music videos. She first got wider attention after featuring in Guru Randhawa’s widely watched music video Downtown.
She made her Punjabi film debut with PR (2022) an later showed up in Tu Hovein Main Hovan (2023). Come 2024, she played a leading part in Mansooba and yeah it became key milestone, in her acting journey, not small at all. She’s also been seen in music videos like Kaabil and Rabba ,and honestly that helped her build a steady image as a promising actress in Punjabi cinema.
Then in 2026, Delbar Arya started showing up more on reality tv. She joined as a contestant in Amazon Prime Video’s show The Alliance.[3][4]
