Parul Gulati is an Indian actress, model and entrepreneur, known for work across Indian television, web series and films. She is also the founder and CEO of Nish Hair, which sells human hair extensions, so basically extensions that look natural or something like that. Gulati has been seen in TV shows , Punjabi and Hindi movies, plus web series such as Girls Hostel, Haq Se, P.O.W. - Bandi Yuddh Ke, Selection Day and Made in Heaven. She even appeared as a contestant on The Traitors Season 2 in 2026.[1][2]

Early Life and Education

Parul Gulati was born on 6 August 1991 in Rohtak, Haryana, India. She apparently developed an interest in acting early, and later she was reportedly spotted because of social media, while she was in the 12th standard . After that, she started working in advertisements, before stepping into acting professionally.

Parul Gulati later trained in acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, and also did theatre work in Mumbai. She has training in dance styles like Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet and she has also learned Kalaripayattu.

Career

Parul Gulati made her television acting debut in 2010 with Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam where she played Bittan. After that she showed up in Punjabi films such as Burraahh , Romeo Ranjha and Zorawar. Later on she made her Telugu film debut with Nee Jathaleka.

In 2017, Parul Gulati appeared in Nikkhil Advani’s television series P.O.W. - Bandi Yuddh Ke. She later picked up more recognition through Haq Se, Selection Day and Girls Hostel. Some other noticeable web and television projects include Hey Prabhu!, The Raikar Case, Illegal, Your Honor and Made in Heaven.

Parul Gulati made her Hindi film debut with Silence 2: The Night Owl Bar Shootout, then later appeared in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 and yeah, that’s pretty much how it kicked off. After that, alongside acting, she also set up Nish Hair, which is a human hair extensions brand, and she has worked as an entrepreneur and brand ambassador.

In 2023, Parul Gulati showed up on Shark Tank India Season 2, to pitch Nish Hair. It’s been reported that she got an investment of ₹1 crore, for a 2% stake from Amit Jain.

Then in 2026, Parul Gulati took part as a contestant on The Traitors 2 India reality show. Her appearance added another angle to her career, since her work covers acting, modelling, entrepreneurship ,and television entertainment.

Entrepreneur Career

Parul Gulati is the founder, and CEO of Nish Hair, a brand focusing on human hair extensions. She started the company in 2017 and she grew it alongside her acting work. She appeared on Shark Tank India Season 2 to introduce Nish Hair to the show’s investors. That segment brought in more notice ,to her entrepreneurial side.[3][4]
